Meet our paper mache pastel Holly Hat Snowman! This pastel jolly snowman is wearing a pink glittered hat with dripping white glittered snow around the hat. His hat has a metallic gold hat band and is adorned with 2 lacquer holly leaves and 3 shiny red berries. This snowman has a carrot nose and a wire handle. There is a hole in the top of his hat which makes the perfect place to add those faux evergreen branches or Christmas flowers.
